DIBRUGARH SEPT 25: Industrial tribunal and labour court presiding Officer Mr. Nogen Senabaya Deori brought some false allegations against Aditya Diagnostics And Hospital for which the hospital management in going to file a Defamation suit against the Judge. It was disclosed today in a well-attended press meet by Dr. Nirmal Sahewalla at Dibrugarh. Mr. Deori was admitted in the hospital on 9th sept, 2021 for cough and fever. After RTPCR test he was found Covid Positive and shifted to Covid ward in the hospital. In the Covid ICU he did not co-operate with the doctors, nurses and many times refused to take injections. In the early hours of 11th sept, he started creating nuisance by shouting at the staff which disturbed other patients in the ICU. He forced to go out of the Covid ward misbehaving and violating Covid protocol. The stuff there some how convinced him to stay but when the nurse went to push the injections he started shouting at the nurse and hold her hand and pulled her out of the ward. She some how escaped from his grip. Then he entered in a cabin in a normal ward. He started shouting here and there spoiling the calmness of the hospital. Hospital P.R.O, manager and govt officials came to convince him to stay till his test become Negative. He was adamant to going home against Covid SOP. Then his son came and somehow convinced him. Additional District Judge Mr. Jaspal Singh came to the Hospital and after speaking with higher authority it was decided to shift him to Gauhati Medical College because his relatives also stay there in guwahati. As such after completing all formalities he was discharged from the hospital. Surprisingly, he filed a FIR against hospital with all false and framed allegations and made viral the FIR in Whatsapp. In the Press Meet Dr. Nirmal Sahewalla has shown the CCTV footage clips and cleared the stand of the hospital. He also disclosed that hospital management is going to take all possible legal actions against the Judge and also file a defamation suit against him.
